Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

I can say with absolute certainty that we are a factory, founded in 2010, ISO certificate.

What type of packaging do you offer?

We offer bulk packaging and individual packing, different packaging with different costs, you can choose your needs.

Do you provide installation screws?

If you need them, please tell me the screw specifications.

Do you provide OEM/ODM?

Sure! We have provided this service to many customers. We have rich experience, which can help you avoid many potential problems.

Do you provide free samples?

There are two situations:

1)     If it is a stock product, we can provide one sample to you for free. You need to provide me with your international express account, and you will bear the air freight.

2)     If it is a customized product, we will charge a sample fee. If you place a bulk order to us, the sample fee will be refunded to you.

What is the Lead-time for samples and bulk orders?

Samples: If we have them in stock, they can be shipped out immediately. If no stock, it will take 3-7 days to make.

Bulk orders: Usually it takes 15-25 days, depending on the qty.

What’s the warranty?

We provide one-year warranty. However, if you purchased our products, you can contact us at any time. We are happy to help you solve any problems.
